Aquatic Wellness and Exercise - Aquatic Personal Training - Individualized training in aquatic exercise techniques, tailored to participants' needs. Training in water safety and swim skills are also available. FEE:  $35 per session (30 minutes) Appointments are required. Aquatic Wellness and Exercise - Independent Exercise and Swim -  An opportunity for community members to exercise and swim independently. Trained caregivers may assist participants for no additional fee. FEE:  $6 per hour after initial orientation

Orientation Options:

$30 orientation (15 minutes)
$60 orientation and personal training (30 minutes) or attend a class.

Cognitive Fitness and Innovative Therapy - CFIT Brain Gym Open House Every Monday at 2409 De La Vina St

 

Recreation Afterschool Program (RAP) - A principal endorsed program that the City of Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara School Districts have collaborated on for over 20 years. RAP provides games, crafts, clubs, field trips, free sports leagues, and homework assistance to children enrolled in grades 1 through 6 who attend Adams, Monroe, Roosevelt or Washington Elementary Schools.

Where & When
This program takes place on your child’s school campus on all school days. All program sites are open until 5:30pm except Roosevelt which ends at 5:15pm. Please check with the Program Site Director to verify early release and parent conference schedules.

 

Awana - Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community. Meets every Thursday through the school calendar.

 

Jodi House Therapeutic Massage - Jodi House will be offering therapeutic message once a week in the month of April!  Amongst other things, massage has been proven to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and evoke feelings of calmness.  Come feel the benefits for yourself!

Volunteer Opportunities

Donations of toy materials needed to the zoo animals in Santa Barbara.  Toys entertaining animals indoors ran out quickly due to the fire. Cardboard boxes, paper towel tubes and gently used/new towels are appreciated! Items can be dropped off in the donation box at the front gate. Monetary donations are also precious.
