Joni & Friends Family Retreats

Retreats include March 28th-April 2nd, 2010 at Wonder Valley Ranch in Sanger, California and June 7th-11th, 2010 at the Mission Springs Christian Camp & Conference Center in Scotts Valley, California.




Park City, Utah Ski Resort & Camp- National Ability Center


The National Ability Center is committed to the development of lifetime skills for people of all ages and abilities by providing affordable outdoor sports and recreational experiences in a nurturing environment.

The objective of these experiences is to build self-esteem, confidence and physical development, thereby enhancing active participation in all aspects of community life. As a national role model, the Center promotes the concept of ability through integration, public awareness and education.

Founded in 1985, the National Ability Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Programs are supported through special events, grants from private corporations and foundations, individual donations and program fees. All activities are offered at an affordable rate and scholarships are available, ensuring participation for all applicants.




R&D Transportation Training


R&D has successfully trained thousands of adults with developmental disabilities to access the public transit systems within their communities. Trainees are trained to utilize public transit systems between their home and instructional facility, or place of business.




Snow Basin Ski Resort


Grizzly Kids Lessons The Snowbasin Snowsports Learning Center inspires children to actively learn and enjoy skiing in a fun and safe environment. Children are matched with dedicated instructors who tailor their lessons around the needs and abilities of each student. Each child learns the basic fundamentals through well-developed activities that are fun, exciting and adventurous. Special Needs children are welcomed!
