California Learning Center

The California Learning Center of Santa Barbara is a full service tutoring, test prep and enrichment educational center. Our mission is to support students to reach their highest potential, through a variety of programs and skill building. We also strive to enrich people of all ages through language classes, and an assortment of skill development workshops (time management and organization, test taking strategies, etc.).

The Center is open daily for tutoring, test prep, homework support, language classes, and workshops.

I have tutored math and science for over 15 years, and have 10 years experience teaching high school biology and math.   I currently teach Biology at Santa Barbara City College and tutor elementary through high school math (algebra I/II/trig; geometry; some pre-calculus) and science, and SAT/ACT prep.  I usually come to the home of the student.  My rate is variable, $40-60/hour depending on location, subject, and need.   For more than one hour/wk, rates are negotiable.
